Grilled Recipes
End of Summer Cookouts
Soon enough Summer will come to an end. These are some great grilled recipes to help you say goodbye. Although I love fall and all that it brings, there’s just something about a good summer BBQ or cookout. It reminds me of being a kid, having summer vacations and get togethers with family. Great weather, company, and always great food. I love all things BBQ.
I use my grill all winter long and I have added a smoker to my collection, but not everyone does. So celebrate the little bit of time you have left of summer with these recipes.
Who’s with me on a good rack of ribs? Chicken? These are some of the classic BBQ recipes and some of my favorites. Don’t forget the corn on the cob, you can throw that on the grill too!
Grilled Pretzel Bun Sliders- perfect for game day, BBQ’s or any occasion, these sliders have been easily elevated by simply adding a pretzel bun. The bun holds up nicely and puts these over the top!
Grilled Pineapple– probably one of the most grilled fruits out there, pineapple is popular over heat as it brings out more sugars and adds a hint of smoke to the sweetness.
Honey Ginger Glazed Grilled Pork and Peaches– one of my all time favorite things about grilling is the crisp outer char that encompasses meat, veggies and even fruits adding tons of flavor. There certainly is no lack of that with this dish.
Ribs Slow Cooked on the Grill- slow cooked on the grill ribs turn out super tender and juice with all the smokey flavors from the grill. You just can’t get that in a slow cooker or oven!
Apple Juice Marinated Pork Tenderloin- apple and pork go together kinda like peanut butter and jelly, the flavors build each other up and create a taste that is amazing. The marinade for this pork tenderloin couldn’t be easier.
Khandeshi Fire Up! Chicken– Khandeshi is a region of India known for it’s spicy food. If you are a fan you absolutely have to try our fired up chicken, made with our fire sauce. Do you think it may be spicy? Super juicy straight off the grill.
Grilled Chicken Radish Skewers– even if you don’t like radishes in their most common form, raw, you will be shocked at what they taste like cooked. The idea came from a friend of mine who eats low carb, apparently the radish is used to replace potatoes. Everyone in my house loves them grilled!
What a great collection – thanks so much for including my recipe!
You’re welcome and thank you! 🙂
