7 Simple Soups Perfect For Fall
Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Soup- you have to know there is nothing at all like homemade chicken soup, especially on a cold fall or winter day. Using rotisserie chicken will help cut your cooking time down to virtually nothing. Whip this up on the weekend and eat it through part of the week!
Stuffed Pepper Soup- a super easy take on the classic stuffed peppers this soup is full of all the familiar flavors and can be made in no time at all. The best part – it is low carb, so if you eat that way, enjoy!
Butternut Squash Soup with Chorizo- this soup is dairy free and eats like a hearty meal. What better way to get a taste of fall than with butternut squash.
Zuppa Toscana inspired Creamy of Mushroom- I have had Zuppa Toscana twice. Once at Olive garden and once at home. I made this recipe about a week ago and preferred it over the Olive Garden’s.
Mac and Cheese Soup- this soup seems to be a combination of a few things. It reminds me of mac and cheese of course, but then also a chowder. It is thicker than a soup and eats like a hearty meal. Definitely a dinner to feed the family.
Copycat Panera Bread Tomato Bisque- I grew up eating tomato soup and grilled cheese so this recipe hits close to home. It is creamy and fresh, just like the restaurant version. Try it out on the kids, I bet they love it even if they hate tomatoes.
Bacon Cheeseburger Soup– enjoy a burger on a cold day but in soup form. I have personally made this many times and the whole family absolutely loves it.
