Low Carb Zucchini Fries Recipe
French fries and pizza are two of my favorite junk foods.
While we’ve got the pizza cravings covered with our fathead pizza dough, figuring out the perfect french fry alternative has been a bit trickier.
A good french fry for me has a crunchy outside, soft, fluffy inside, and a good hit of salt to make them mouth-watering. So far, these zucchini french fries are my favorite. (Beating out my previous go-to green bean french fries.)
These zucchini french fries are super easy to make and they can be seasoned in so many different ways thanks to their mellow flavor.
I’ll also be sharing how to make zucchini fries in an airfryer soon.
For my low-carb friends, these zucchini fries are only 4.5g net carbs per serving – even less if you omit the optional almond flour.
Personally, I don’t like using almond flour as I find it gets clumpy. Some people enjoy the crunch it provides, so try it both ways to figure out which way you prefer.
