Tuscan Grilled Chicken Pizza is a delicious alternative to the every day pizza that uses pesto instead of red sauce and has juicy grilled chicken.
Preheat oven or grill to 450 degrees.
In a single serve style or regular blender, add basil, parsley, pine nuts, garlic, Olive oil and a pinch of salt & pepper. Blend to make the pesto.
Toss pizza dough and roll out onto your desired pan or grill plate.
Brush dough with pesto. Top with mozzarella, red peppers and grilled chicken.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until dough edges are golden and cheese is fully melted and bubbly. Let rest for a few minutes before cutting.
